Kona coffee is famous worldwide for its uniquely rich flavor. For generations, Mt. Hualalai and Mauna Loa's volcanic mountains on Hawaii Island's west-facing shores have produced one of the finest coffees in the world.
Kona's Holualoa area is sheltered from the dominant north-east Pacific trade winds and has a unique seasonal climate, unlike any other in Hawaii. With its rich volcanic soil, sunny mornings and shade-typical afternoons, it’s the perfect environment for growing the superior Arabica beans used in Kona Blue Sky Coffee.

Our 100% Kona-grown coffee is roasted exclusively on the Twigg-Smith Estate in the heart of the Kona coffee belt, on beautiful 8,271 foot Mt. Hualalai.
Every batch of coffee is meticulously hand roasted, like it has always been. Year-round care of coffee involves selective plant pruning, hand-picking the ripest coffee cherry, drying, and roasting.
